I&#039;m not going to act like I have no vested interest - I designed and just started my company selling it...but I designed it because there was nothing out there I liked. I like the whole &quot;reflection&quot; idea, in that it gives the user an accurate idea of their fitness/health level and whether or not they are on track for their healthy lifestyle goals. A great reference.</description>
